Hello,
I was able to buy a Militia Cardiac Stimulant Blueprint for 4800 AUR on the market. This item is unusable. With it on a suit and the PG/CPU within threshold, the suit shows as "INVALID".
However, it shows INVALID with no descriptor like (CPU exceeded).. just INVALID.
I took pictures for you.

So, you're selling items for "real money" that aren't usable at all.

You have maxed out PG in this fitting. Can you check how much is left if you remove that BPO stimulant?
Check skill requirements. You can buy item even if yiu are not "qualified" to use them...

You can run a suit with the PG at max, it's orange in that case, not red (it has to go over to make it invalid). When your PG/CPU is over, it'll display that with the invalid message as well. It also shows as invalid when you're fitting it (as opposed to after, like this). The item has no skill requirements. You can't fit it on a suit by itself with just a weapon either.
It's also worth noting, they seemed to have taken this item type out of the game. This BPO is the only one you'll find. |

Confirmed the Militia yellow pill BPO simply doesn't work. I had the BPO from before Uprising, just tested it yesterday. Equipping it makes any fitting invalid regardless of PG/CPU, even if you stick it on a suit with nothing but a weapon and the BPO. Probably this item should be pulled from the market/get a blanket refund. Or be made to actually work. |

Well, since they took the item type off the market, I guess just making them work is unlikely. But a refund would be nice. |

If it helps, I could make a video of my finding the unusable item in the market, checking the reqs, seeing in fitting that it says I can use it, pulling up the purchase screen again for 4800 AUR, then showing you once again how it can't be fitted. Please advise... |

I can also verify that it exists if you play in 480p. You can but the blueprint both in the market proper, and through the fitting system. It will ALWAYS show up in the fitting options screen because it has no skill requirements.... despite making your suit unusable. |

just adding my 0.02 ISK - i Confirm that this is a broken militia BPO, you can buy it and it has 0 requirements. You just cannot fit it to any suit without making the fit invalid. |

After today's downtime, I can report that the Cardiac Stimulant is still available for purchase through both the market and the fitting screen, and still makes any fitting invalid despite requiring no skills and not going over on CPU/PG. |

As an update, today's storefront update has not removed the unusable Militia Cardiac BPO from the market, nor has it been refunded, nor has it been fixed to be usable. Unaware gamers will still be able to purchase it straight out of the fitting screen, and then find it doesn't work (while the fitting screen suggests it will).
It also has very low PG/CPU reqs, making it a tantalizing item to shove into a fit that only has a bit of PG/CPU left to spare. |

Yeah, I'm having the exact same problem. Most likely since the skill the item was connected to is gone. This needs to be fixed or refunded because it's an item we payed for in the merc pack |

Ticket was filed, but I figured I'd update this. As of the store update to day (5/28), the unusable militia BPO is still: unusable, available for purchase through the fitting screen, and available for purchase through the regular market AFTER you see it for sale in the fitting screen.

Good question. The help ticket I submitted is still unanswered. Thread was made 12 days ago, help ticket sent 9 days ago. Not sure what expected turn around should be. I have photographic evidence... I could make a video. It's easily reproducible. Not sure what else there is to say about it. |

i bought this bpo back in chromosome just after they reset all items and skills and aurum items spent but had yet to hike th prices it was about a two week time period when it waws still closed beta when you could buy back all of the militia bpo's for 20 -30 aurum each so i have all of them except the suits the suits were never that low\
i can confirm that this item is broken however i cant really complain i am the lucky sob that got all the militia bo for almost nothing |

It's probably complicating how they want to "solve" this, since a global reimbursement would catch people like you. They did respond to my help ticket today, something along the lines of being aware of it, and looking into solutions. I take it they'd prefer not to give you a ton of Aurum, but they don't really want the item in-game anymore either because they did away with that item type.
So, until they figure out a solution, I have 4,800 Aurum locked up in this. |

This item ether needs to get fixed for everyone or you guys that did spend the full 4800 aurum on this item should get a full refund
I should probably have my bpo issue handled separately since i'm a special case if it is gone to hold it up for everyone else and if it comes done to that I'm fine with it but it is not my first choice.
I would like to get a refund at its current market price but not at the expense of everyone else |
