No becuase it makes sense, allow players to get into one specialization more quickly and then you slow down while you branch out or you can go jack of all trades then level up slowly towards a class. Only a fool doesn't want new players to get an edge, it ust mean more players to play with faster. They won't catch up in total sp don't worry about it *rolls eyes*
