I've submitted a ticket to have my skills respecced, but it's been a few days now. I'm wondering whether I should submit another, but I'm not sure how long it takes for tickets to be processed. |

yo, i just submitted my ticket and obtained response short after saying am in queue, what means it takes couple of days so please let us know /or anyone with succesfull respec of SP/ if its ok and how much it took, thanks :) |

if I read the original post correctly, CCP wasn't going to offer the optional respec until after they released the changed skill requirements and the changed reimbursement and you would ask for it after that if you still weren't happy with your choices. |

This response is being sent to all users who have filed a support ticket in order to request a skill respec.
We would like to acknowledge receipt of your skill respect request and inform you that we have now flagged your account for a skill respec .
The skill respec will be applied to your characters in the coming days once we have completed and deployed changes to the skill tree. This one time respec will remove and refund all ISK and skill points that have been applied to date. Please ensure that due care is taken when spending skills and ISK as we will be unable to reverse ISK/SP spending in future.
If you wish to discuss issues that have not been addressed in this skill respec response, or believe you have received this message in error then please respond to this support ticket and we will attempt to address your issue.
Please accept my sincere apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused.
Please note that if you are receiving this message you are currently in a queue for a skill respec. Eligible customers who may have been misfiled and would like to request an Aurum account reset should respond to this ticket clarifying their request.

Whenever you send in a Petition to CCP on game issues you usually get a mail back letting you know your ticket was submitted also.
It takes a few days at most for things to get processed by GM.
GM's are busy all day long processing and Investigating Petitions for all kind of weird things players submit petitions for and they go thru each one in a queue process.
So just because you haven't gotten a response immediately or in a day don't mean its not getting looked at. Its either in process or still in the queue. But it will get looked at.
Its hard to tell players who are highly impatient to have patience. Think about it as well there are much more players than their are GM's.
When your issue is resolved, you will know as you will get an email about your issue getting resolved from the GM that either worked or investigated your ticket issue. |

It will happen soon, a week or less, i think.
That may be the case, however when sharing information from CCP it's always best to mask the GM's name out in the post, also, make sure that you're not sharing what might be sensitive information, or account specific information (common sense stuff of course)
Just to avoid the forum mods sending you a nasty-gram of some sort.

I would like to know some estimate of when such respecs will go through. I petitioned one as soon as I found out about them. I have seen some edits to the skill tree and honestly would like to wait until they have made most of their revisions before I get respec, but I am getting a little impatient as it has been ten days now with no estimates on the actual respec date. |
