They can refund your aurum through a help ticket.
That said, I would really like to see standard BPOs for some of the other racial variant spec suits. The suits that benefit from passives (Raven, etc.) are also nice and have some utility separate from the no-req variety. |

The Raven, etc. suits were themed, but I see no reason why the rest of the suit variants need any particular theme. As far as color scheme, they can keep it for at least a portion of new BPO suits.
A Raven Logistics would also be Caldari.
A Sever Assault would also be Minmatar.
If they can keep the coloring across suit types: Sever Scout (Minmatar), and Valor Assault/Logistics (Gallente) work too.
That just leaves the Amarr suits untouched, though I guess they're getting those Templar suits in the fall. It would be nice to see these alternate suit BPOs prior to that though. It's free money for CCP at this point. People definitely want that sort of thing. Having them skill-restricted like the MAG suits keeps a demand for the no-req suits at the same time. |

Hopefully if enough people keep this thread going they will see the issue deserves attention rather than blowing off a legitimate request/suggestion.
My original ticket was rejected. A later reply on the same one was successful. I thought this was perhaps indicative of a change in policy, but I'm not certain how things work there. |
