If you haven't already noticed, you can look up in the sky when playing a corp battle to see if EVE players are connected to your district, unfortunately it isn't the ship itself but you can see blue or red rectangles.
Fought one the other day and saw 12 Reds and couldn't help but think "****.. we're totally not getting OB support.."

Had the same level of amazement in my CB! Too bad that the hitboxes don't show any names or classes of the ships yet. |

That would be a cool way to introduce battle trophies or such. I could see taking out a ship and getting some cosmetic piece of debris for your trophy room in MQ. Also we should have a trophy room in MQ, not for psn trophies. |

You can see them in FW too.
Once a EVE Capsuler confirmed an OB, you can quickly see his name on your DUST bottom screen (blue side, never saw a red Capsuler's name after OB)
Really nice cross plateform feature to begin with !!! |

An empty destroyer hull is about 1.2m. A fully fit destroyer is about 12-20m depending. |

Guys if your 'hitting N running' it should be no less than 5mil, and you should not be calling it 'My baby' or 'OMGAWD SO PERTY' because its going to get blown up doing its job. AKA Dropping orbs.
PS you guys need to watch out when fighting near 0.0 space, we had a nasty fleet drop last night. |

For those curious, the CRONOS destroyer we obliterated was worth about 11 mil. Didn't even come fit for orbital, oddly enough.

Definitely agree with this, having superiority in Space should be meaningful on the ground, not "Oh look guys, theres a shitload of reds up there, let's just call in a OB anyways", and before anyone says different strikes and larger radiuses are meaningful, they really aren't.
And if you don't have superiority, it's not the most important aspect, as a good team will still be able to bash you without having the OBs, but at the same time, it is a great bonus to have making corps and their alliances want to have fleets in orbit fighting it |
