CCP should go to Sony about this instead of putting customers do the fight with Sony to get the purchased goods.
I bought an Elite pack for 99Gé¼ yesterday. I got mail receit from PS store with transaction number. The pack never got to my Dust account.
Upon petition with transaction number and receit screenshot, CCP responded with our system shows nothing, go talk to Sony. The warning post about this issue on forums was instantly deleted in the fastest feat of damage control since monoclegate.
As CCP are partners to Sony in this customer failure, id really like a petition relay so that getting the stuff would not take weeks (mail tossing between Sony and ccp to see how it goes after the 72 hours it takes for Sony to respond to me).
I would also like the CPM or CCP to announce there are issues with PS store purchases from Finland (prehaps a wider area) not reaching CCP. My PS store account shows elite pack as purchased and I got the receit with transaction number.
Warning for all readers: Buying them now might result in a weeks long customer service nuisance.

A quick insert of the pack against reasonable petition (screenshot, transaction number) during pending investigation would also be good form. |

Have not had issues before.
1) Bought the pack from PS web store on pc. 2) Got email receit and store shows it as purchased. 3) Logged in dust after 4 hours to find out its not there, tried fiddling with everything I could think of for an hour to get it.
4) Filed dust petition with transaction number and screenshot. 5) Was directed to Sony as system shows nothing on CCP side. 6) Sent ticket to Sony (Nordic films, their PS store local support).
Ticket will be responded to in 72 hours, after which I expect Nordic films to mail Sony, Sony to mail ccp, ccp back to Sony at which point I'll get the stuff. Estimating over a week for this...
Hopefully its there randomly at next dt.
How I would like it to go in the future: 1) petition ccp 2) ccp asks for transaction number 3) ccp mails Sony directly: "this PS store transaction # was not received by us". Sony validates transaction, stuff in account on the same day. CCP could even use a transaction number terminal to verify purchase manually on petition.
Sorry about the bitching, there just is nothing I hate more than filling forms and petitions. |
