You keep speaking like this game is about conquest. It's not - and Imps have not designed themselves to be conquerers. We are Saiyans. We have teams that will go and take any district anyone wants us to take and that's that. If we wanted an empire more people would be needed - instead, we're an EVE or DUST players top choice on taking a district or planet. The bigger the Solar Map gets - the more opportunity for Imps there will be.
Fielding the top team in Dust is not insignificant. It's the possible difference between your campaign having a base to establish itself on or not, or the difference between your campaign getting stopped in it's tracks or not. Eventually Generation Packs will be sold less frequently as everyones ISK poors into these first conflicts. Around those times Imps power will really start showing, for every clone will start counting. |
