I wish I was a forum moderator, with no special indicator of my rank, whose only power was moving topics. Maybe it's just the OCD person in me, maybe not. It just irks me that players put everything they think of in the General forum just because they know it's the most popular and most likely to be seen. I know this bugs other people, too, because most of the time when I see a post on General that doesn't belong there, someone else has already commented that it's in the wrong place. Well, just had to vent about that. *AND MORE IMPORTANTLY, NOT IN THE GENERAL FORUM.*

That's a good question, and I would say that if someone was asking an open-ended question about the balance of a weapon or other aspect of the game without offering specific solutions, then that might be an appropriate spot. Another good topic for general is announcements and changes, or topics about announcements and changes. I basically see it as an announcement forum and opinion forum that stays relevant to the game.
