Onslaught was doing a Planetary conquest and with 3 points to 2 points most of the game, they destroyed the MCC, it was 3 health ticks to 1 and then went down to 1 tick to 1 tick then we lost. We were then stuck on the defeat screen, no stats then finally timed out and sent us to merc quarters. |

It was us who onslaught faced and it was a brilliant match.
We had the same problem with the victory screen and no stats page, just check the wallet and assets most of us got aurum goodies and a biomass pay out. I heard the problem with the null cannons was something to do with the order the null cannons fire at the MCC because from our point of view they ticked down to zero at the same time. |

Heh, yeah it was a very close match. In the end both MCCs showed no bars on the HP meter but each needed one more hit from a null cannon to finish it off - it just so happened that our null cannon fired first and we won.
It was a very close match though, so congrats on the good game. |

Rift had 1 Tick of mcc health while we had 2 we watch as we went from 2 to 1 then 0 as they stayed at 1. |

We just finished our first PC battle and we were stuck on the victory screen also. I think we've found a new bug. |

We are looking into the end of match screen bug, our early investigation suggests that everyone is getting paid out rewards correctly. Just the UI is not showing at the end of match.

Onslaught Inc. was attacking R.i.f.t. on Klingt VIII DIstrict 10. The battle was very close to the end. ONS held three objectives towards the end of the match. ONS had 2 ticks left on the MCC while R.i.f.t. only had 1 tick. Our MCC ticked down to 0 before their MCC did while we held three objectives. It's my understanding that Defenders don't have an advantage in null cannon damage. This game mechanic is not working correctly. Also, the match froze on the "Defeat" end screen with no after-action report. Most squads had to reboot entirely. Please look into this issue.Thanks. |

The null cannons don't all fire at the same time. We had 3 bars and you had 1, then all 3 of your null cannnons fired one by one and took us down to 0. Then one of our null cannons fired and took you down to 0 and then our other cannon fired finishing you off.
It's not a bug or a glitch - it's just the order that the cannons fire in. |

Well that's my memory and I was dead at the end watching and counting. I saw your null cannons all fire one by one and not quite finish us off. Then ours fired and finished you off. Both MCCs showed no bars at the same time but either one of our cannons or our MCC go the next shot in first.
I'm not trying to BS you or lie or anything - that's just the way it happens in any skirmish match. |

this right here proves our bug issue. Ours went off first, all 3 setting you to 0, then yours set us to 0, then yours put us to -1 before one of our 3 set you lower?
If the mechanics of the game is that the defenders null cannon is shooting more frequently for the defenders side then it is not apparent nor calculated at any where in any point of the game. Does this mean that the defenders have another advantage? Why was this not explained?
It doesn't make sense and this is what we're contesting.
We aren't saying you guys cheated, or hacked or that the game wasn't good or that you suck. Onslaught Inc isn't about forum shenanigans and QQing.
We're saying the game was flawed (it worked in your favour) and thats not ok. Not for us or anyone.
CCP, We are asking for resolution and anticipate a response.

The fact that all 3 of our cannons fire and fail to destroy their mcc with one bar of health then logic and physics are no longer true in dustland. Therefore, we have a bug. Truth: Three cannons is not equal to 1 bar of mcc health. Yet in this case it is also true that two cannons are greater than or equal to TWO bars of mcc health.
Nothing has been said about certain cannons doing more damage or whether there is a difference in mcc health between attacker and defender. The bug has been proven by both parties involved by witnesses. So unless CCP knows information we don't know, then it has been proven we got our district taken away from us. |

I think you guys have the facts a bit the wrong way around on the MCC healths at the end of the battle. Ours was the one with 3 bars and yours had 1. I was watching on the overhead map at the time. Then both went down to zero.
When the MCC health bars go down to zero, there's still a little health left. Our cannons didn't fire more frequently; they fired after yours.
Please can a dev confirm that this is the way the null cannons work. |

Zero and a little bit are not the same. You can't have nothing and something at the same time. The holes in your logic are enough to show you don't have your facts straight or you're lying.
I think the devs are prioritizing the new frozen screen bug over an established mechanic that's been in working condition for a long time.
We should have our loss reversed to a win or a rematch that is free for Onslaught Inc, at the very least. |

MCCs have thousands, if not millions of eHP (don't know the exact amount) - when this gets down to the small numbers, the health bars will not be visible even though the MCC might still have a few hundred armor left. Face it, you lost fair and square, just like you did today, only this one was a little less close.
We just need a dev to confirm that all of what I've said about the mechanics is true. Because I know it is but apparently you need further proof. |
