shield hardeners last 10 secs vs armor hardeners that last 60 sec armor tanks are now faster than shield tanks with the pg issue caldari havs are pretty much forced to be missile tanks missiles only enhancments are rotation speed and dmg /rof
now on the note of rate of fire rate fire makes it harder to hit with missiles im sure im not alone in the belief that cycled missiles should have a faster fire interval not faster rate of fire
with the current pg issue and the speed of gallente tanks being faster than that of thier light caldari sisters caldari havs have become obsolete. as a caldari tanker i want to know if you plan on fixing this ccp |

also tring to stack + 19% to shield regen on a total of what 24hp/s so a whole slot for 4.56 hp per sec more wow thats not worthless
there should be a class of tank where it is more beneficial to stack regen mods than to go extender booster combo |

You can fit a respectable railgun to a shield tank just fine. Blasters are however an issue, but since Missiles and Railguns are Caldari tech, and Blasters are Gallente tech, this makes sense. |

oo yeah sorry forgot about the rails yes you ca fit rail to gunlogi's with ok effectiveness ...but caldari's are still hands down worse than gallente now because gallente are faster and can take way more dmg and deal more dmg |

At mid to long range, the Missile turret tears armor tanks apart. Armor is naturally weak against explosive damage and takes +20% from missiles.
Armor: +20% Damage from Missiles +10% Damage from Railguns -10% Damage From Blasters
Shield: -20% Damage from Missiles -10% Damage from Railguns +10% Damage from Blasters
I'll agree that the HAVs need work, but being unable to fit a Blaster to a shield tank isnt horrible. Just remember that Caldari favor range over damage, so avoid engaging other tanks up close. |

missiles are longer range than blasters...and while i agree with you on missiles vs armor with armor faster than shield tanks it does not matter if you have more range if a maddy comes at me i start backing up and firing missiles. he hit hardeners and continues advancing ...they last for 60 sec ..he charges ...i over takes me hardeners still on ...my went off after 10 sec obviously. hat i am stateing is making armor tanks faster than shield has unbalanced them further more the hardeners are crap. for shield tank. 2 issues speed and hardeners bigest armor shield imbalance still left |
