Now, I haven't rolled Heavies in a long time so bear with me on the stats guys. Here are three Heavy Plasma Weapons, each for different purposes. Feel free to discuss.
Modal Neutron Cannon (Mix-Role)
Using the same base design as Gallentean starship weaponry, this Heavy Weapon is intended for a dual role in both Anti-Infantry and Anti-Vehicle roles by utilizing sustained application of damage in the form of a suppressive fire pattern. Charges are loaded into the weapon via a belt. Inside the weapon, subatomic particles are formed into plasma inside a containment field which then accelerates the round using electromagnets. Upon impact, the plasma hits with destructive force, spreading the superheated contents over a large area.
Utilizing it's rate of fire and large ammo supply in tandem with it's large splash radius, it can disperse a group of infantry in short time - forcing them to spread out or take the brunt of it's devasting capabilities.

Singularity Accelerator (AV)
(Note: Science ain't going to make much sense but damn it I love the idea - even still, don't expect it to be very popular what with the Forge Gun being a good competitor already)
This weapon fires two contained charges much in the same way as any Hybrid weapon with the exception that the charges are not expelled in the firing process, but on impact. Upon impact, the vaccuum containment of the charges are breached and a micro-singularity is ignited from the ensuing destruction, causing substantial damage to the surrounding area.
High damage, dumb-fire weapon that fires both rounds in rapid succession (like, immediately after one another), requiring the weapon to be reloaded soon after. It's intended use is for a quick application of extreme destructive force toward vehicles at the cost of range.

Plasma Fuel Ejector (AP)
Alright, I know there's an Amarrian Flame Thrower idea out there but honestly it doesn't fit the Amarr's MO (in my eyes). Plasma and Thermal Damage is more of a Gallentean thing, so I'll be brief.
The weapon fires a toroid (donut shaped) stream of superheated plasma from it's barrel as two particle containment chambers dump their contents simultaneously. It's intended use is for grouped personnel (with no real damage to vehicles) as a constant application of damage in a moderate sized cone. The murder of all Frontlines. Think of a Chromosome Laser Rifle with a shorter, but much larger stream.
