so, I was thinking, would it be cool if there were secrets randomly hidden around the maps, that rewarded players for exploring. For instance, a holographic wall reveals a hidden ladder that allows the player to reach a prime sniping position. Or a hidden key in the mine's maneger's office opens a door to a garage revealing a tank. It would add a very cool mechanic |

The second time the map would simply be a race to that location and websites would list them all. This might be more entertaining in the PvE mode we're going to get, but not the PvP. Dust is part of EVE, and everything in that needs real, tangible loss. Tanks dotted around the map is essentially 1-2Mil ISk for free. notice the randomly. These "easter eggs" would be randomly generated. Also, their might be an isk cost to access the secret spots. |

It smacks too much of the old school shooters where you had to know where each item spawned to get the "uber" guns. In this case it isn't item spawning, but you still have to hunt around and know the "annoited" spots. I prefer the maps to have logical layouts that make sense. Sure, there should be some nice sniper spot, but not some secret, hidden access. notice the randomly. These "easter eggs" would be randomly generated. Also, their might be an isk cost to access the secret spots. |

Put it into practice and you end up with a DUST version of a Halo 3 match where everyone knows where to go for a stray weapon or a parked vehicle.
The point here is that the idea is only fun if A) you make those hidden spots change randomly and never appear in the same location twice even after a hundred matches and B) you never introduce vehicles. notice the randomly. These "easter eggs" would be randomly generated. Also, their might be an isk cost to access the secret spots. Also, yeah vehicles would be a bad idea. |

Maybe if they had Easter Eggs of some sort, maybe like a crashed ship or other anamoly that could hint towards what might be included in a future update. Remember when I said random? |

There is nothing random about that. so maybe people should start reading it |
