You guys really are a model for other gaming companies. I've been given great support in both EVE and DUST, and these things really do make a difference when many of us decide where to spend our money. Your technical support has always been there for me, I can wait a day to talk with a human being and that makes the experience even greater.
Before Dust was even announced I've always loved the idea of a game where your really could do anything, and no one would stop you, where you lived, worked, and played. A place where you can make new friends that you can have long lasting experiences with for the rest of your life. Most of my friends don't play EVE-DUST, but they too have a high respect for you guys. DUST 514 so far in it's current state is still one of the coolest things in the fps market if not the coolest.
So between your guys general attitude towards the community, your ambitions, your will to implement new things, take risks, and putting the story in our hands. The gripes of many of us are out of love, and we know you'll deliver. Thanks |

If a free game is nothing more than a source of anguish and disappointment then don't play it. Constructive criticism and pointing out flaws is one thing, but CCP bashing is not helping anything. They can't deliver to your expectations? Tough, not everyone can get exactly what they want, and you can't always get it when you want it. Engineering an entirely new video game system is not an easy task and it's full of bumps. Free to play means that if you aren't satisfied than you lost nothing but time, and CCP has a great game.
IF CCP does right by us, we'll do right by them, and the same goes the other way, that's how a community works. |

Uhh I got a refund on my SEVER by asking.
They didn't refund my shield BPOs (my dumbass even paid full price) but I also have to learn to live with the consequences of my actions, the EULA is there at the beginning for a reason. The SEVER refund was bought from the market so I was taken off guard, but CCP helped me out. I still have my dragonfly suites from merc packs, but if you didn't pay a direct aurum amount how are they supposed to fairly compensate you for your suits? It's the same reason why they didn't refund militia BPOs bought at 100 times less than the current market.
I asked nicely and made a clear and reasonably request and in less than 24 hours my problem was fixed. |
