The idea is...When you call a vehicle, in an specific area, others teammates near you, should see in the mini map a little mark that a vehicle will land there in that specific area.
And to differentiate from a LAV to a Tank or Dropship. The mark of the LAV in the mini map it could be an specific color or a symbol and the Tank another color or symbol and so on. |

RDV will always try to drop it's payload on you (well ok very close so stand still or you get splat). If you look closely you will see an RDV icon on minimap is acompanied by a icon coresponding with LAV (empty diamond shape), HAV (diamond shape with stuffing), DS (empty triangle). RDV is triangle shape with stuffing. Both icons are close to each other on minimap but you can tell one from another. Is this what you wan't or i missunderstood you? So please explain it further... |

Yes, but what I mean, to add a marker even before the RDV appears. Once you ordered the vehicle, a marker appears in that specific location so others near you can be notify that a LAV, Dropship or HAV is coming (depending in the marker as you said). |

You are the marker  No kidding When i call in vehicle via d-pad right (not via Supply Depot) the RDV always tries to drop vehicle close in front of me. When i move RDV follows me for short time and then drops the payload. If you call via supply depot RDV chooses location independently of your position i think.... |
