Hello
I have this problem with my Dust 514 redeem code, I've bought my PS3 one month ago from
Canda but i live in ME so when i tried to enter my code it didn't work.
then i contacted the support and they told my that my redeem code is locked for North America
so I can't use it.
and now I've decided to sell my redeem code even for lower price than it's worth.
all i want to know is it legal to sell my online pass code 
and if it's not what is the solution

My first instinct is to say no its not but then I remember CCP is fine with people selling EVE game cards for ISK so who knows
Of course there is currently no quick easy way for people to transfer ISK in Dust right now |

I'm not totally sure, but I think it's fine to sell on the physical piece of paper that the code is on. I'm fairly sure that the problem only starts when you're selling an item/account that already exists in the game.
Don't quote me on that though! It's best to wait for a GM/Dev to pipe up about it. |

is redeem code you have came with your ps3 is it the one for accses to the beta if so there is no point selling it as it is no longer valid as the game is free you can just download it. you could have used that code 3 mouths ago to get early accses to the game |

Dude.
Forge an account with fake address and get yourself an US PSN.
I know it's stupid, but damn, you have the right to play the games you want to on your console. You bough that and it's yours to play whatever you want in it.
Indeed, if that's the beta code, it's useless now, as stated before.

yes it came with my ps3, and I'm not sure if it useless or not.

It's not useless. All you have to do is create a US playstation network account. You can do that using your pc. Then you will be able to redeem the code. You'll just have to provide a US address. Just use a famous landmark |

The card will give you an exclusive Guirstas LAV BPO and a merc pack if memory serves me right.
Place a ticket with CCP and see what they can do. If they can't do anything, make an alternate US account and enjoy. ....then hope they open up player trading soon.

BEWARE, selling anything dust related for REAL CASH will get your account banned "buyer and seller". TRADING for in game items is permitted! If you cant use the code, I will happily take it off your hands! :) |

there is no issue selling the dlc code. where the EULA comes in is with people selling an in game item or isk for cash.
say player trading opens up and i have a quafe suit left over and one my corp mates wants 10 of them and offers me $20 for them, thats against EULA BUT if ccp gave me a psn code for 10 quafe suits and i sold it for $20 its not against the eula (as far as i know) |
