CCP,
When I file a petition i'm given a link to follow that petition.
https://login.eveonline.com/Account/xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
This page asks for an User ID and Password, of which I have no idea because I've never created an eve account.
So please,
1: ) give us dust user a correct ink, or
2: ) create an eve account on our behalf so when you give us a web address to use it actually works with the auto data from the email link.
3: ) tell us what the User ID and Passwords are from, IE, my name , PSN ID, Dust bunny ID ? ,
I'm not good a guessing games H.D
PS, original data from email petition link removed for my security, but it will show the Eve page .! |

Try going to https://dust514.com/user/help-tickets/ and logging in to see whether the ticket is assigned to your DUST character. Many automated emails quote the EVE equivalents of our ticket system because CCP and reasons. |

No, appears not, that page will allow me to create one, but no way to view the outstanding petition with their password.

I'm not sure if we have a web interface to log into to check petition answers, but the answers to your petitions should be sent to your e-mail and you can reply to them just by replying to the e-mail. |

The return email comes from two accounts: 1) [email protected] Subject: RE: DUST514 forum GM assistance request [XXXXXXXXX-XXXXXXX-XXXXXXXX] in the form:Where XXXXXX is all digits. When i follow the link EVE login pops out...
2)[email protected] Subject: RE: Your petitionQuote:Hi. Thank you for contacting EVE Online customer support.
One of your petitions has recently been closed and we would greatly appreciate your input on how well it was handled so we can continue to improve our services. To do so, please follow this link, select the closed petition and fill in the survey.
Best regards The EVE Online Customer Support team I'v sent only 2 petitions at [email protected], but got back 3 pieces of post of type 2) with a request to file a survey via this link which refers here: http://support.eve-online.com/Pages/Petitions/MyPetitions.aspx Which brings EVE petitions entering form, but you have to login with EVE account to send it. |

I've sent in maybe 3 dozen petitions. If I email them from my email account I can never follow up on them. Even if it is for EVE and not DUST. Many times they do get adressed, and I'm told "thank you for bringing this to attention... it is now on the mile-high stack of things that weren't supposed to be like that"
but about a thrid of the time it just sends me "a petition has been closed, take this link and select which petition and fill out a survey here is a password"
oh, tough luck you don't have a user name you can't do anything. |

Frankly I think it's ridiculous that we have to jump through hoops to get a skill reset. why does ccp not simply send a mass ingame email that say REPLY TO RESPEC. boom done.
or just respec everyone - I'm sure the respec'ers are in the majority and the folks who don't are the minority.
make the majority wait days for a respec or make the minority waste an hr while they respec... seems like a no brainer to me |
