Like with the part were everything else got buffed so having them set to the old damage standard makes no sense  |

So, you're saying...
Pre-buff AR = Flaylock (At least as closely as a sideweapon and main weapon can be "balanced")
Buffed AR > Flaylock

Is that not what he meant?
You just confused me
It's simple, if the Flaylock we saw at Fanfest was considered "balanced"(which it may or may not have been, but that's irrelevant), then the Flaylock we have now is not because it and the plasma cannon didn't get buffed alongside every other weapon in the game.
Fanfest Flaylock = Fanfest Scambler Pistol = Fanfest SMG (at least that's the idea)
Fanfest Flaylock < Current Scrambler Pistol = Current SMG
Fanfest Flaylock = Current Flaylock.
Edit: And the 10% came after Fanfest, along with the HMG hotfix |
