Just want to make sure I get this skill respec and I'm getting paranoid because I didn't receive anything. Did anyone else? Also to my knowledge we don't have a timeframe in regards to the respec. Is that right?

It's not going to come through immediately, give them time.
Most customer service teams can be reasonably expected to take up to 24 hours - longer if it's a weekend.
For games companies, it's usually more like 48 hours.
With EA, there's a chance of them taking as long as a week to get back to you if they're busy.
With Ubisoft, you'll be lucky to get any response within a month of asking, and even then, it'll be at least two months before they're actually replying to what you asked. |

Yes this would be helpful! I've sent mines in but unsure if i sent it to the right place.. CCP Post an Official ''Where to go for Skill Respec Link'' This whole , go here, then go there, then stop there & go back to square one is all to confusing.

According to the CCP posts skill respec is not available till they fix the skill tree which I don't believe they have done yet.

But they have posted that we are able to request the skill respec. I put in help tickets requesting the respec. Not sure if they need an actual email.

Where? They have not fixed the skill tree so that makes no sense. |

You need to send them from an actual e-mail, g.mail, yahoo.... how did you send them? |

They said you could submit early, changes won't come till they fix the tree though, and they will take time to get to everyone. |

Due to upcoming changes to the Skill Tree progression system we will be offering players an one time option to send a petition to our customer support staff via http://dust514.com/community/support/ and request a character skill point respec. This offer will be available once changes to the Skill Tree progression system is deployed to the Tranquility server and we will keep you posted on the date of that deployment. To obtain a skill respec, you will need to send a ticket to our customer support staff via the official DUST 514 website at http://dust514.com/community/support/ or send an e-mail to [email protected], specifically requesting a skill reset. When doing so please title your request "Skill Respec".
Please bear in mind that it may take a few days to process your request and enable respecs/reset on your accounts, but by titling your petition with "Account Reset" or "Skill Respec" you can assist us in speeding up this process. Thank you.

Can you quote please as none of the stickies I could find said so? The sticky I quoted specifically says it will only be availble when the skill tree is done.
