The Amarr suit bonus thing is not a good excuse for making it sub-par for everyone else. It should shine in the hands of an Amarr medium, but still be dangerous with everyone else.
AMarr heavy has less feedback damage on it, you can actually Shoot till feedback kicks in and you will only be recieving 40-45 dom instead of the usual 60.
40HP is nothing for a heavy.
Scrambler rifles are very powerful , and they need to have a drawback. If not we would have AR TAC mark 2. |

I LIKE the heat buildup system. It makes a VERY powerful weapon NOT desired by everyone, just specific people. And i like that,

Im actually gonna re spec in an AMARR ASSAULT just for the use of that one weapon. Then i'll go Heavy amarr too.... |

WE AMARR ARE egoistical people. WE dont want you caldari/gallante/minmatar maggots to use our weapons. Thats why Heavy weapons are ONLY for amarr , and Scrambler Rifles are better with Amarr Dropsuits.
WAnt to use S.Rifles? welcome to our army boyo....
In other news, its a Balanced weapon with a good drawback so it wont become uber overused meta scrub weapon like the TaC AR..... |
