So its not exactly straightforward, but lets say the other team has 4-5 guys going TAC AR. Their biggest advantage would be on a map with a decent amount of space between you and them, not having cover.
In my mind, sidearms and shotguns will be the greatest CqC assets we have. The key to taking out the heavier hitting long range weapons will be closing that distance between you and them ASAP.
In comes the LAV. I'm not saying I've really been successful at using it in this way, but I think it can really disrupt a TAC-AR squad, forcing them to have to be much more aware of their peripheral vision when they are looking down their sights to get kills.
A note to the future...I've heard devs say they want the ability to be able to shoot out of the passenger side of the LAV, but I was thinking about throwing grenades from inside...would this be OP? |

chances are, that those TAR dudes also carry AV grenades.
I was thinking about that, but that's a small victory though if you can force them to do that. It would mean they would have lesser disadvantage close range than they would have had were they carrying flux/locus.

Like I said, I'm going to be testing this out more and inviting the rest of us to do also. But my guess is that those TAC-AR users who aren't twitchy masters at OHKing will probably being ADSing to get kills and losing a bit of awareness. I just wanted to point out that this should be a weakness that should be exploited as much as possible, however small or desperate. |

Lol, I ran an attack methana as well. This would occur occasioinally and was frustrating, but not the norm for me. |
