There are not a ton of rules; this is not a tyrannical organization. We welcome ideas and encourage discussion. We do not have a set KDR requirement nor do we require mics. However if you are unable to communicate it will be hard for us to determine if you are a fit for our organization. In other words, you better have some skills if we canGÇÖt talk to you. Team work will be emphasized. You will be chastised verbally if you are running off on your own while your squad/team leader has ordered you elsewhere. I think it would be great to have a dedicated assault dropship pilot.

1. Be respectful

This is a community of players who want to have fun. There are other players that are just as skilled as you and they want to win or lose to a good fight. That being said, doing anything that gives us an unfair advantage, such as exploiting a glitch or hiring AWOXers, is an insult to other players and a great shame to us. If we win or lose against them, they are your equals and are just fellow players in a fictional universe.

2. Be accountable

Take responsibility for what you did and didn't do. Stick with the choices you made and whether you were directly or indirectly linked, you were just as much a part of it as everyone else involved. Man up and own up to your decisions.

3. Be humble

No matter how "good" you are, you're a small part in a big universe. Every player has the same amount of potential as you and just like you, they have influence as well. There is no reason you should gloat to others about your individual skill or the achievements of the corp. Let your reputation speak for you.

They are alright. I want badges so newer guys know the PC guys that they can ask questions to and such.

I guess it's a step in the right direction.

Team deploy will give a lot of people who the game has become stale for something to do. They can refocus all of their efforts on tactics, training, and an overall more fun time in game with their corpmates.

It's coming soon, they mentioned it in the squad finder dev blog.

I think it's at least a few months away

CCP has their head on right thinking of putting all their idea's forth. The problem is when they release something it counters another or even the same thing they released causing the problem every time a new build comes out.

Give it all time ladies and Gents as they are testing it on us :) Give them the feedback they want.
