We should be able to put guns on the sides of the LAV so the driver can shoot in front of them. Maybe inorder to balance this, the LAVs with the driverside shooting couldnt have a backside turret, or if you spec into this further maybe have both eventually, what you guys think? |

Infantry should be able to fire their handheld weapons while riding shotgun, same for dropships

How about mild compromise? The standard LAV's as they are now, as well as a more 'assault' oriented vehicle, with mounted weapons in the front. Maybe lower PG/CPU or something in exchange for balance or something.
As for the firing weapons out of vehicles, I support being able to fire Light weapons and Sidearms from a vehicle. Because ask yourself: do you really want Heavies with Forge Guns firing at you from a dropship zipping around?

A couple days ago, someone managed to stay on top of a dropship with prototype swarm missiles in Manus Peak. He literally cut off any access to vehicles for almost the entire round until we all decided to pull out forge guns and swarm missiles of out own.
Not making a point, just felt like saying that... |
