Duvolle Assault 78.5dmg @ 789.5rpm
80GJ Ion Cannon 126.5 @ 428.6rpm
Boundless HMG 19.8 @ 2000rpm
Duvolle AR 37.4 @ 750rpm
20GJ Ion Cannon 32.5 @ 857.1
I'm not sure if this means it's (base dmg + 25%) or (base + 10%) = Base2, then (Base2+ 15%) or if both %'s are calculated from the base original. Math is hard...
Tac: 78.5dmg -> 99.2 dmg @ 789.5rpm = 78,318.4 damage per minute.
Blaster: 126.7dmg -> 160 dmg @ 428.6rmp = 68,585 damage per minute.
Boundless HMG: 19.8 -> 25.04 @ 2000rpm = 50,094 dpm
Duvolle: 37.4 -> 47.43 @ 750rpm = 35,578 dpm
20GJ Ion Cannon 32.5 -> 41.11 @ 857.1rpm = 35,237 dpm
Considering the costs and SP comparison, not to mention the cost and SP required for the vehicle needed to use the blaster and things start to slip. The damage output from weapons too massive to be carried is matched by weapons small enough to be hand held. |

I even made a spread sheet!
I feel like my tank now has an Assault Riffle on top. Only it's bark is way worse then it's bite. Starting to understand why no one runs away from the tank. |

The missile turrets are a little better now. The small missile turrets actually do more damage per missile then the large...although the large fires 4 at a time with larger blast radius. |

Thanks for those numbers. But a weapon large enough to fit the merc inside of should do more then just over twice what his/her weapon does. |

I hadn't noticed any change on the info-card for these weapons when the change happened. That being said it's possible the change happened on the info-card and I still didn't notice.
Still something to consider, I hadn't thought about that possibility. |

Find me bullets til overheat and cooldown time and I can, I don't have those numbers.
If we had a number for how much heat that little heat-o-meter is we could figure this all out. Is the total heat needed to overheat different for each weapon or is it based on tank hull? Is there a difference in anycase? |

That maybe so but that's a different thread. Blasters used to have splash damage, not anymore and I'm ok with not having it. |

We'll see how things go with the HP boost.
But as far as "More cry babies whining is all i see"...we're adults and can handle this in a civil maner.
Since we're talking eve Tanks are currently like putting T2 small turrets on a Megathron which is then destroyed, very rapidly, by a single Kestrel.
Again, we'll see how things shape up with the HP boost. |
