I sent in a petition and I got a link in the reply to my email. However, it links me to the EVE site. So I log in through my EVE character (because I can't with my DUST character) and of course my petition isn't there because I didn't petition through EVE. Help? |

Is petition separate from help tickets, or the same. I heard you go to dust514.com (not in game) to make the petition. But that other thing sounds like a direct email that isn't linked with logging in with your character. |

I read in another thread that the GMs will post info on how to request a respec either on the 14th or shortly after. For now, there's no respec. More info on the 14th. |

We appreciate your concern, unfortunately at this moment in time we are unable to provide you further information on the re-spec process.
Once the 'Skill' update has been deployed., as mentioned in the Forum Post linked below, you will be able to petition us requesting for the optional re-spec to be applied to your character/account.
In the meantime I would recommend you to keep an eye on the DUST 514 Forums for further information about it.
I apologise again for the inconvenience.
Please note that we will now close this petition to free up the slot for you but should you have any other issue please do not hesitate to petition us again.
