Hi guys, I'm back with another report and some new graphs for you guys. Based on your feedback on the last report I've decided to ditch scribbed and the PDF format. Out of the 900 views there were only a handful of downloads, so I will just be hosting on imgur now for ease of access.
Next week I should have an exciting report highlight looking at the first few days of PC!
The Report
High-Res Pages of the Report Title Page Special thanks to Havok Core for sponsoring this weeks report.
Revisons/Changes to the Alliance Map My notes on the updates in the political landscape of dust. Quite a few changes in the last two weeks.
Updated Alliance Map [5/12] Most up to date map of Dusts landscape
Corporate Activity It seems like the top Corporations have slightly lower activity now, althought it may be due to WP being harder to obtain in Uprising.
Alliance Activity The fall of Arrogance knocked EoN off the top, and CRONOS regained the title of most active alliance.
Top 250 Players [What Corporations they are in] This is a look at where the top 250 players fall. The dust landscape isn't very diverse, 33% of the most active 250 players belong to just five Corporations. 75% of the top 250 players belong to just 20 different corporations.
Editorial on the Report
There were a few interesting developments from the report. Warpoints earned this week by the top 100 corporations was the lowest since I started keeping track. Last week it was 148mil WP, this week it was only 83mil. This could be explained by the new Uprising build causing much lower warpoint gains, as well as triple SP play incentives last week. Either way it's not the best numbers for a new build where you would expect more play overall.
Hellstorm seems to have some amazing recruiting powers. As you can see in the last page of the report they've managed to pick up nine new top 250 players over the last 2 weeks. They now have more new top 250 members than they do core top 250 members.
PR(z)O is back on the leaderboard as CBJ's third rebranding. Sadly no matter what he does he just can't shake that 1.24 KDR that seems to plague him no matter what the name of his Corporation is. PRO and PR(z)O also lost 3 of the 4 top 250 players that PRO still had.
Orion Empire silently adds four new Corporations to the alliance in the last couple weeks, CRONOS also picked up Academy Inferno a few days ago. It seems like PC is forcing hasty alliances. |

There is no preset way to do it at the moment, Havok Core contacted me and said they enjoyed the content and wanted to help out a bit to support the project. If you want to talk to me about a sponsorship just email me at [email protected]
Also thanks for the interest and support. |

Thanks for the feedback guys, I'll look into a new more readable font for future reports. |

Harkon Vysarii wrote:Forgot the Knightz of the Round in Lokun Listamenn...... The Corporations in that list are in the top 100 in terms of earned WP. If they hit the top 100 rankings, or hold a district in PC they will be added to my list. If I tracked all the Corporations with any affiliation It would be to cluttered. I see. Just didnt want them to think they're being slighted.
Yeah I don't mean to slight anyone, it's just a matter of personal resources. I can personally only manage the top 100 Corporations in terms of time. Without Crest I am hamstrung, to ensure I don't miss any major players in the Universe I will automatically treat any Corporation with districts as a major player and track them.
If someone wants to represent the smaller Corporations and do the work the comes with that send me an email and we can talk about it.

The blue on black is tough to read, a different color than blue or different background would fix that. The font doesn't help.
On top 250 players, how is that defined? Is that lifetime WP? If so, it's not an accurate measurement. I'd say WP within the last month or three months would be a more accurate gauge. Not sure if that's available in your dataset, though.
For now its lifetime WP, I could do recently active but I think that is a less meaningful metric. To be in the lifetime top 250 we are talking many hundreds of hours. These are the players with the most SP and the most overall battlefield experience. Another thing to note is that if a player is not highly active they fall from the top rankings quickly. There are a few exceptions of course, players who quit after massive play, however despite the drama in the forums that number is extremely small. I can look for the next report and see how many of the top 250 are not playing anymore, I think its around 5-10.
At the end of the day weekly active tracking without crest would still be limited to top 1000 because of the leaderboard, and require at least 5x more work than top 250 tracking, so even if its marginally better (I personally don't think it is) it is not possible at this point for me. |

I thought it was kills >.< wps boring....
If you ever look the people with the most kills are the same people with the most WP. The top 250 for both kills and WP is nearly identical, with an occasional hardcore logi who I think deserves recognition! |

34 Corporations in the top 100 have no official alliance links. Some groups like PRO claim to have unofficial links, but until I actually see these links acted upon I am not going to credit them. I don't want to report information unless I have some way to verify it. |
