So i've noticed some of the pricing is a little bit off on some items.
'Skinweave' Militia Amarr Heavy Frame (BPO) has the exact same stats as the Militia Amarr Heavy Frame, and yet the heavy frame costs 610isk
Militia Armor Repairer costs 520isk. Basic Armor Repairer has 5 less CPU and 1 less PG but repairs the same hp and it cost's 1,275 isk
Anyone else spotted any weird prices? |

So paying extra for the suit or a rep that does the same doesn't seem odd to you? |

it doesnt do the same, it costs less cpu and PG
and the dropsuits dont even use teh same currency (AUR vs ISK) so theres no way to compaire them whatsoever..... |

Nope, those prices are fine, militia modules are often the same as standard ones except they have higher cpu and pg requirements making them harder to fit.
You can't compare BPO dropsuits with regular ISK ones pricing wise either. |

Skinweave is the starter one.
Also the pricing is on the reps is off, look at the scrambler pistol for example Scrambler Pistol = 675isk Militia Scrambler Pistol = 270isk
same stats less cpu and pg |

No problems what so ever. |

I sometimes look back at my early days in EVE, when I didn't understand the mechanics or metagame very well, and wonder "what the hell was I thinking!?" It didn't help that I started out in corp founded by my coworkers, all nearly as noobish. We once went into lowsec to mine Jaspet. Why!? After that we bought and set up a POS. We had no plans for it, no idea what we could do with it, we just thought it'd be cool.
I tell you this, Zhar Ptitsaa, because I hope you stick with this game long enough that you can look back on this thread and have a similar musing. Shoot straight out there, bud. |
