They will, eventually.
Sooner or later, they'll port it over to the PC. Guaranteed.
You really think they're going to announce a PC version while they're still under an exclusivity contract with Sony? The _MOMENT_ that contract is up, I bet CCP will announce they've already got a PC version in development and it'll signal them phasing out the PS3 version.
At the same time they'll probably move it over to PS4. Of course they're not going to say anything regarding any other platform, even speculatively, while under contract from Sony lest they risk all sorts of legal crap thrown their way. |

To be fair, it takes one bullet to kill you in DUST too. Look at your gauges. The first gague is shield, the second guage is armour, once that hits zero, your armour broke, the round passed through it and hit you inside, and killed you.
In EVE there are three gauges that represent the same, with the last one being Hull, which is essentially health. Since our "Hull" is our skeleton, and one bullet is enough, well I guess that explains that ;) |

That whole post is absolutely out of order. You wonder why you get insulted when you post this!? A PC, like a console is a machine you plug into and turn on for entertainment. Judging people and calling them "Third world" because they enjoy playing on a console is absolutely horrific.
Comparing playing a console is like "Drinking dirty water" when you're used to drinking "Clean" is utterly insensitive and is just so absolutely a "First World problem"
