DUST Search - 6 imperfects to a squad? Not even fair!

It is the fact you are coming up a 6 man squad who are working together. I would expect 6 friends who joined Dust and only had militia gear, but ran close together, worked as a tight knit team and communicated would be if not equally difficult as their SP would be lower, but they would not be a push over. Only bad squads see other squads as over powered.

And the second thing is that I've been getting stuck in loading screens a lot lately which makes me getting kicked out of games.
