Restarting my PS3 fixed this, I guess it happens after very long playing sessions.
Still, it's pretty annoying. |

this was mid game, and no restart, just another match, no problems other than the normal stuff |

We're currently investigating this. How long did you play until you see the bad performance?
Did you also mean joining another match fixed it by the comment above? |

I also have this issue it seams to be more on the two inter city maps.Also loss of sound comes with this bug. |

Can you specify the model of your machine, how long it's been used, etc?
Also, roughly how long did you play the game until you had the bad performance?
Did joining another battle fix it (without restarting the game)? Did restarting the game fix it?
These are all valuable infomration for us to debug it. |

I have the white ps3 that was recently sold as a bundle here in the US.
A couple of hours.
I restarted after the match.
This has happened 2-3 times now. Whenever I notice it i chock it up to a CCP enforced break time. |

alright i have a PS3 slim 160 GB i got in 2011
it was very lightly played until dust was in open beta
i had been playing maybe 2 hours
yes joining another battle fixed it, i still had framerate loss but no where near what was in the video, and the type i normally see in uprising,( framerate drops to 0 for ~1s) then game continues, very annoying was also present in chromosome for me

I got the same problem as this, just a different PS3,
I got a 40GB 2008 one, with a 250GB HDD installed instead of the default one. |

This issue plagues me and everyone I play with, corp or otherwise. This is a server side issue. It only appears to happen to one team as that team will have very few kills and very few loses. It also appears to happen about every third match now.
My biggest problem with this is planetary conquest. If we start losing contests due to lag to one team and not the other, we have a game that is inherently broken. This needs a fix today!
I used to think it was this map or that map, but since the 6th I have had it on every single map (not every single match).
Please address this problem asap as we are now about to beta test a game mechanic during FULL release. No one in the wild has played planetary conquest. I would hate for the true MMO experience of this game to be ruined by lack of foresight. |

THIS...
And If you are testing for this.. you gotta get a jeep and go balls out through middle of city.. do a couple figure 8's and ur gonna start dropping frames like crazy..
I was noticing it more .. after playing for hours.. but clearly the "inner city" and the transition between the two areas does not happen fast enough.. almost always when entering FAST .. you will get a slight pause.. thats on a regular.. |
