HMG buff and *NEW* csv data dump

They included price, max ammo, ammo per clip, meta lvl. for weapons. Other stuff included different data, like rep tools showed HP rep for vehicles, and HP rep for suits. I can confirm the dmg was updated for HMG's today. The basic HMG does 18 dmg. The Boundless does 19.8 if I remember correctly.

I know and people want a higher RoF.. those must the modded controller user just drop the RoF to 360( CCP you can go higher or lower) and its balanced in line with the full auto version for dps. a higher ROF??!!! wow... as it is it's ridiculous cuz the recoil is not enough for the ROF it has. You can basically burst fire with a quick trigger finger...easily if you know how to control the recoil. Not rocket science to pull slightly down on the right stick while shooting. Higher recoil, or a slower ROF. Simple solution.
