Good job CCP by changing the discription on vehicle engineering all the fixing problems have vanished into thin air for you. And ive checked my tank fits with the 15% PG upgrades and dont even get less usage from the CPU. Very well done just change a skill to your liking so that you dont need to fix it. This skill is useless you know why you foolish morons? Because VEHICLE ELECTRONICS grants me +5% on the CPU allready which makes the new function of engineerin useless beyond believe. And again ive wasted SP on a skill. Seriously whats so hard to understand about it?
ELECTRONICS= +5% ON CPU
ENGINEERING= +5% ON POWERGRID
On eve there is a seperate skill called POWERGRID UPGRADES which grants you less CPU usage on PG UPGRADES. And its not just that you gimp tanks with that. No you aswell gimp dropships and LAV's aswell. Basically the whole vehicle category. Nobody needs -5% on the CPU usage on PG upgrades. If i wouldnt knew it better i woulda say that a monkey coded this game. And if we are allready at vehicles where the hell is the fix for the large turrets? Sure i can stick a railgun trough a tank hull but i cant rise it up a little bit so that i would be aible to shot a guy whos on a hill thats 1.5 meters tall. And yes i mean it that you can put the railgun trough your own tank. Just tilt the camera down and the railgun goes trough the tank and touches the ground. Works on 3rd person view only. |

Engineering text being fixed is great.
Now the people who skilled into it, and skilled into other things to make up for the shortfall it (and the bugs with Militia modules not receiving skill benefits) caused need all our vehicle-related SP back so we can train what we would have been training if we knew what we were getting into.

Also, your HP buff hasn't actually happened yet. Was that meant to be this downtime just passed? Or is it still coming? |
