When using the instant battle system, you should be able to choose between normal and lonewolf mode.
Basically, in lone wolf mode, no squads are allowed, allowing for newer players to play the game without full squads of well coordinated, well funded people.
Now, we don't want to close off newer players from squads fully, so this will be optional. |

I am aware of that.
However proto gear isn't everything.
What stops players making new characters, squad up and play in the newbies tier?
Nothing.
What do they gain?

There are different types of players.
The in and out type, who just want a quick match in their free time.
The few hours type, who can wait maybe 20 minutes to find a squad, and then play 3 matches max.
And the nothing to do type who can get a squad and play all day.
There needs to be something for the in and out type who can't get a squad all the time. |

Even in PRO where there are OVER 9000(!!!) players looking to get into a squad, sometimes it can take quite long.
In smaller corps, it can take even longer. |

I just don't understand the mentality. Why pubstomp? What's the point? The ISK payout system means you'll be getting jack-**** for each kill anyway.
