Everyone is talking about the vehicle and AV imbalance you even mention you are looking into it to see if there is one. And then you add 10% more damage to all handheld weapons.
So what the assault rifles lasers HMGs not killing fast enough so you go the easy route add 10% accross the board with out looking at AV. Some times I just do not have enough hand to facepalm with. |

Agreed, there was no need for a 10% buff across the board. Now I'm just gonna get proto-stomped harder and die faster. |

I'm more astounded at what they did to me during this vehicle pg skill 'fix'.
but lol@ 2800 dmg on a forge gun.
I'm pretty convinced now they want all vehicle users to gtfo their silly game. |

They buff damage, where were people complaining about damage. CCP is bad and they should feel bad. This is MAG 1.3 all over again. |

Yes, this should really help make Scouts even less effective, how about allowing Scouts to actually have some HP? |

Indeed.
CCP actually thinks that the range of a casual game of catch is a reasonable distance for weapons. |

"Fix to PG/CPU skills for vehicles not applying properly Fix to vehicle upgrade skills not correctly applying bonuses to vehicles"

Did you not read CCP's post on changing from a hard cap on range to an effective range, with a falloff range? For example, HMG only does damage up to 50m atm. They want to make it so that they can do damage at the 50-70 range, but more as a suppressing role than a killing role.
I haven't played the new build, but complaining about something that they've already said they're looking at seems a bit... redundant. |

I think this might address your concerns for the increase handheld weapons damage, but you should probably take a look for yourself as well. |

Wait so basically your saying you suck. How about think of it on the brighter side- your weapons are getting a +10 damage to them, means you can kill faster. Its a game, calm down and stop crying like a *****... How about if you guys play the game- which by the way is a free2play game you might enjoy it more...

From what i took from Wangs update is basically CCP did this to compensate for the lack of hit detection and horrible aiming mechanics... So lets not fix the game lets make it more spray and pray and gives those of who have an amazing connection to our servers a HUGE advantage.. As well as have all the pretty expensive vehicles vanish in thin air...
What hapoend to community transparency was this an idea given by the CPM over thier skype meeting !? If so pretty bad idea.. |

Kain that does not solve the problem. Really they are going at it all wrong and should be looking at the modules instead. For armor actually I will say that the buff will be amazing for them. Because they have the repper to cover that problem
For shields first of their shield booster only gives 1700 where armor is repper gives 6200. Also shields passive regen on vehicles is very very slow. So yes armor gets a amazing buff by this. And it probably will start doing well again. Because people can focus on reppers only and leave out the plates.
So no Kain I just see that as a little patch and really ******* things up more.
They need to put the time and effort in and go over vehicle modules for balancing.
They are forcing stringent fitting so they should be able to work modules so they can give you strong fittings in where you can fit. |
