Well HMG is only getting a significant boost from now, in chromsome the base damage was 16, 16+10% = 17.6 so it got a 0.4 boost compared to chromosome base stat with weaponry V. |

thank you whiners, I cant wait for my HMG being OP again. I can kill people 35m away with the current standard HMG....
