I know, now we are having a lot of issues with uprising, but haven't we miss something? Surely CCP has a master plan, there are a lot of things they are going to implement in the game. Aside from bugs, we should wait and think:
- Why logi is not a basic frame but a spec?
Maybe they will add some equipments that would be OP to have more than one on a basic frame.[equipment was confirmed]
- Why range of weapons have been nerfed?
Maybe they will add a weapon modifing system, that will allow us to customize our weapons. [this was confirmed]
These are only a couple of questions but i'm sure we have more.
PS. I don't want to defend or accuse no one. I'm in favor to the introduction of a basic logi frame, but this will not stop me, to ask me why they took these decisions, and all of us should think about what's behind, basing on what we know. |

Ships in EVE have different debuff modules like webifiers, nosferatu, target painting and jamming. I've been saying all along there's a reason behind the logi suit's slot allocations and why they require a level 5 basic suit just to unlock the type 1. If I'm right you will be happy to be a logi. If I'm wrong, the skill tree needs to be adjusted.
SS broke the game, end of story. Maps could use a little work though to compensate. Weapon modding has been confirmed, just don't know when. |

Lack of SS breaks the game.
Why design a huge, open map and then force everyone to fight ten feet away from each other. It's trying to be an arena shooter without an arena. |

Yeah, i been having that feeling too. The HUGE overall Nerfing, could be in preparation for weapons modding, and specializations. |

Ug are u just arguing for the sake of it. SS took guns outside their intended range profiles hense way everyone used ar lasers or hmg. Now the field of battle is a lot more diverse. And nothing wrong with big open maps because now u get defend areas or group up and smash through them. The only people who QQ over Ss are the ones who exploited it and used it as their crunch |

Short range plasma weapon, hurry up and use the TAR before they turn it into the Caldari Gauss Rifle. |

I see where you are going with this and personally I think a LOT of the issues could have been avoided if CCP gave us more of a headsup on their plans. As quite a few other people have said, a test server would smooth this type of thing in a big way. If you look at http://eve-offline.net/ you will see just how very many EVE players actually go onto the test servers. As I am writing this there are 27k on Tranquility and another 11k on the test servers, so clearly gamers do like this type of thing, but I digress. I am inclined to agree with the OP. |

You're confusing Singularity (SISI) the test server with Serenity the Chinese server. Currently there are around 300 players on SiSi. |
