 While I don't agree with the less glitches part for uprising everything is close I'd add that skirmish redlined need to be reworked having enemy red lines with high ground that can't be got to is unfair I think but....

 how about instead of switching between the 2 CCP just adds all the pros together to make this:

 Just bring back chromosome add all the new additions, an graphics. An call it good. Chromosome had a smooth feel to it the gun game was 10x better. I guess we just have to deal with what we got untill the next build though.

 I'd like to say the spawn system in Uprising is better Overall, but the Ambush Blob Vs. Blob spawns make me think they need more work.

 I was much happier with chrome. aiming is soooo broken right now. On a good game I can get 20-30 kills on chrome with less than 5 deaths. Now I am just lucky to get 5 kills.
 
 
 Even in a tank. I was shooting inside one of them and the enemy was RIGHT in front of me. not moving at all. And for some reason none of my bullets were hitting him??? I cant believe he was out of range... he was right there right in front of me!
 same thing with my AR. The aiming sucks.

 scouts were not that balanced last build, they had no place in serious competitive play. But I think if they fix the shooting mechanics and continue to make the scout more viable as a class then hey, success CCP.
 
 ATM I'd rather have chromosome, because (for me) shooting mechanics are the foundation of any shooter.

 At this point I had more fun with chromosome so I am for mixing the pro's off both together and make the weapon range like 30 to 50% more. Bring back charge indicator for charge sniper and other weapons on the crosshair. For e-sports play very importent.
 
 You forgetting one importent thing. You remember when you kill 10 people (ding dong ding dong dong) That sound is gone needs to by bring back. Even when something was lagging you would know quick enough by the sound someone was dead.
 
 Fan sound off the charge sniper is annoying atm
 
 But belancing idk I think it went to far this build. Chromosome was pretty ok like with PC incoming it would have fit but now with the aiming I would delay PC for a other week until everything is fixed + the respec and possible skill changes coming.

 Chrmosome was functionally the better build in terms of gameplay. With the wider berth in weapon ranges there was a lot of interesting nuances abou taking and holding map territory and advancing along cover to take those portions. The maps were interesting because there was a lot of thought in how areas were exposed and what strengths and weaknesses they held.
 
 In today's build of short range gangland humpingrange,it's a much less intelligent design.

 Chromosome was anything but balanced. I had a proto logi with ~700 hp and went down faster than an intern at the... you get the point. I didn't have enough SP (because of the counter productive skill tree) to get into my proto, so I had to settle with the Sever T-1. I have 342 HP and damnit, I feel like I have 342 HP. People didn't have skill in Chrome, they had damage mods and sharpshooter proficiency to spray and pray in your general direction with their Plasma Blaster rounds. So don't give me that bull **** that Chrome was balanced.
 
 Other than that, most of your points are very valid.

 Let us hope they get the aiming fix out before the 14th. Releasing with these kind of fundamental shooter mechanic problems would do this game no favors with the critics.

 I had 600 hp in proto assault and at the end was averaging between 1 to 2 deaths a match and 15 plus kills a game in ambush. You sound like you were terrible about moving out of the way of bullets. If the screen flashed red you know you were suppose to take cover, not stand and collect bullet rounds right? Who am I kidding, your terrible feedback post already signaled you were beyond saving.

 Great post, OP. I wish we could take all of the new, non-game play elements introduced in Uprising and couple them with the gameplay and mechanics of Chromosome. Like you, I'm just not having fun anymore.
