Any noob can use them, and it's not like they require skill to use, either. They're just fire and forget, requiring no prior thought to acquiring a target or wondering if there's snipers around. At least with the forge, you need to present a target and make you know you're going to hit. Now THAT requires skill. |

Sounds like someone needs to spend less time QQ and more time making better vehicle fits.

A swarm is a useful tool. Sometimes a forge gun cannot reach that tank behind the rock. Besides, the militia ones barely do any damage, it's hardly a threat unless you dump some sp into them. |

Further, how are new players supposed to function against vehicular threats like tanks and dropships? It's bad enough that none of the start fits offers AV grenades, now you'd take away their only means of dealing with vehicles? |
