New Caldari GÇô State Executor Tibus Heth has released a statement calling the Federation GÇ£callous imperialistsGÇ¥ and once again offering the State's condolences for the death of Karin Midular.
The statement reads, GÇ£It is with my deepest regret that I learned of the passing of Karin Midular. Though my offer of State aide was rebuffed, I still dearly wished for her to survive. While I never had the chance to meet her, her reputation stood on its own. She was a peacemaker and a proponent for change. She fought for what she believed in, but never put the good of the few above the good of the many. I believe, had I the chance, we would have been fast friends. I, too, shall mourn her passing and mourn the passing of a person who could have been a great ambassador between the Republic and State.
GÇ£I say to the Minmatar people, I stand with you. I understand the pain you feel at your Ray's death. I understand the anger you hold toward the Federation, which continues to withhold justice from you. They are callous imperialists who cannot understand any way but their own. To them, the Ray of Matar is a bunch of meaningless squiggles. They cannot comprehend the deep, spiritual meaning it holds to you, much as they do not understand what the Cold Wind of the Kaalakiota Peaks means to the Caldari. They hold both the murderer of your Ray and the homeworld of my people.
GÇ£We are both wounded by them. The Federation Navy and the Senate are both tools of denial and oppression. They seek to stamp out any sort of diversity that does not fit their narrow mindset. So I offer my hand to you in peace; let us stand together against the hatred the Federation engenders.GÇ¥
The Minmatar Republic has not commented on Heth's statement.

I was not aware of the spirituality of the Caldari, nor that Heth would be familiar with it.
From the Amarr i wouldn-¦t expect condolences, but so far, not only not a word have been said by our "allies" Gallente, they still refuse to deliver the perpetrator of this crime directed mostly against the Minmatar, and attacked our fleets that were seeking reparations.
To all the Gallente that may not understand, but respect our MInmatar ways, i offer open arms, but as of now, there are more of you with the hearts tainted by ignorance and prejudice than ones with knowledge and friendship seeking.
To tolerate abuses from civilians and from federation forces, treating all Minmatar as suspects, will only increase the harm that our relationship have already suffered.
Like only hearing condolences from Heth, instead of you. |

I can only offer my most sincere apologies on behalf of my government and I truly am sadden by the lost you and we suffer.
What she tried to do as a politician was admirable, and passion for her people could be seen by anyone.
Truly, the world is less bright for losing her ray. |

Some of the Amarr factionist groups have chimed in. Theobar Cresthill from the Hamirite monks to be one. And surprisingly or not officers of the PIE alliance. Both have given messages of condolence and regret towards the matari and the sebiestor tribe in general. The second not being surprising in the least as she was also that particular tribes Chieftain. Nothing from the Empress herself as of yet. I see it unlikely that she will speak. Karin Midular was not able control the Republic and ended up being a sideline watcher as the so called Elder Fleet of murderers and mongrels violated Amarr space, landed troops and caused the death and destruction of thousands upon thousands of honorable and brave Amarr naval personnel and soldiers along with the murder of many Holders and the kidnapping of several hundred thousand or more matari that were on the path of Reclaiming. It is my belief that Karin Midular knew what was about to happen handing us flowers and doves with one hand and sticking us with the hidden knife with the other. |

yea I like the storyline and Lore and all that jazz, but honestly I would put that on the back burner until gameplay issues are resolved.

First of all: I care.
The rest is Proper feedback, DEV coding, time and perpetual tweaking. I donpt think the game si broken, i have fun when i play, and the world doesn-¦t stop just because your (insert equip here) is broken, and people need 300 different topics to say the same thing.
If the game stopped everytime there was an inbalance in EVE, and there was a rollback on SOV because a fleet doctrine got broken....
People treat creating posts as if they were a reply. I gets hard for the devs to know the issues and the players to gather information.
I care, i-¦m having fun, i like lore, and i-¦ll keep posting this. If you don-¦t want this gameplay, go reply on one of the many, many many rant topics available. |

. . . Heth I disliked before all this. But this borderline endorsement if he wishes to square of with amarr he is more than welcome. I have no problem working with gals to achieve this. They may prove more open minded in the end |

I have no clue how to respond to this.... I never liked Heth, but he has either become a REALLY good politician or genuinely feels sorry for us. This is also scaring me, this will raise tensions between the Caldari and the Ammar as well as the Gallente and the Minmatar. We may have only taken the first steps, but if all our leaders continue down this road then this war could become a 4-way, I don't think I need to mention how bad that would be for the cluster. |

And good for my bank account.
Minmatar and Caldari are small compared to Amarr and Gallente.
Let them big boys beat each other while we do our things.
And what is so absurd about a genuine feeling for a loss?
We and the Caldari have much more in common than the shallow dichotomy of the press trie to report. |

I'm not complaining about his statement as much as confused. Given the fact of how he came into power and what he has done with it I can only see every act he does as some convoluted scheme to harm the Gallente or acquire more power. In this case the Minmatar will feel he and the Caldari are more supportive of our ways than the Federation which will strain ties on our end which then causes the Gallente to give us the cold shoulder. This may also upset the Ammar if they are not in on the plan. Sure we will get paid more, but how long until everyone sees us as monsters AGAIN and realizes that we need to be exterminated to protect the citizens of the cluster. Besides the Federation relief funds are all thats keeping the Minmatar economy from sinking. |

His political agenda and his feelings for our loss are not mutually exclusive. I accepted the condolences, and ignored his Gallente ranting even tough he was the ONLY faction to say something about our loss until now, and he is not our "Ally".
The Amarr are giving them the cold shoulder and reducing their contracts.
We ARE monsters. The sooner you accept this, the better.
