Too many private parties involved...no way to judge.
CCP is owned by all sorts of crazy private companies and none of it is open to public eyes (not saying this is bad...i have no problem with private companies)
So it depends on how long CCP is willing to lose money on it, how the game will change as they go forward, and how much money they have to spend on it in the first place....
Way to many unknown variables to figure out.
My bet if they stick with the current nerf game play philosophy and level/Sp system that January 2014 is a good bet....but this is really a random guess. |

Game is good to me, especially for a free game, and will only get better through the years. They need to really fix getting stuck on stuff while moving around though. no matter what they'll do people will always ***** in the forums though. I have seen this in battlelog, and BF3 is a GREAT game, damn near perfect. |

Thank yu'all for participating in my experiment to see how everyone genuinely feels about this game and the results are quite positive for dust and the communities confidence in the game since seeing 3,000-5,000that is seen in the server ticker made vs. the millions of people that got into dust since we went open beta.
I like Dust 514 which is why i'm still seen on the battlefield for yu'alls information and will likely live for years beyond.

I'll be honest. Before Uprising was released I was deeply worried. Though, after playing two games in Uprising I am no longer worried. I think CCP is headed in the right direction. |

The game would prob last a long time if everyone would stop blowing a few small problems way out of proportion. Revive needs fixed. So now there are 500 posts about how the game is unplayable and logi want respec. Insert tears. Hmg's uselessness is completely, utterly, and totally blown out of proportion. People act like it shoots jelly beans. I used one yesterday for the first time ever and went 16 and 2. So it's obviously not that bad since my kdr as a logi is like .80. The controls are also far from unplayable. Are they slow? Yes. Is it game breaking. Umm no. Does it need addressed? Yes. Do 50 of you need to cry like babies all day every day on every post and bury any post that doesn't resemble your problem by spamming new threads saying the exact same thing? Apparently so. |
