 Thank you for bringing this to our attention. The current issue is the wrong description of Vehicle Engineering skill.
 It should read more like: "Vehicle engineering reduces the CPU usage requirement of PG upgrade modules at -5% per level."
 This might be fixed next week, and it suppose be included in the 5/14 patch, although the dates could be changed. Please keep an eye on our forum for any updates:

 So as of this moment, the PG skill reads as the above. Also, one of the Devs in earlier posts said that he was not aware of the tanks turrets low up/down mobility and he would look into it
 
 Just clearing up some questions for tank drivers.

 Gah, I got that useless skill to level 5 instead of shield upgrades? ****, what were they thinking? Making such a useless bonus. I mean, who ever runs into CPU issues on vehicles?

 This one floors me. It's bad enough they somehow missed the rather glaring typo regarding the 5 percent per level powergrid skill description... but the turret elevation change? Do these people even test their game before releasing updates? It seems to me this turret elevation thing is "working as intended". What I'd like to know is, what the hell the intention was? With the amount of vertical vantage points available to infantry, (AV), tank drivers current inability to engage does what exactly? I've yet to find a dev response explaining this thinking. I can't wait to hear what they come up with...

 I have a rocket main turret and I can't shoot up, WTF
  
 Why would a rocket turret not be able to shoot up at Dropships?

 if this happend im going to demand a free respec from my char cause tanks are gimped to hell then. False advertising from skills is a bad move. The discription in game says clearly +5% on the vehicle PG. Not -5% on CPU.

 Um, they had better refund the 5 levels I spent into that useless skill then at least.
 
 Like. I seriously won't stop making posts or bug reports till they do because I spent it all based on the description so.
 But also that's a really uncalled for nerf. Wasn't in patch notes, very misleading to people who spent 9+ million SP in vehicles based on certain fitting schemes working. Now they never will.

 They're going to take somewhere between 1 week to the end of time to "fix" this skill.
 
 And it's going to basically do nothing at all.
 And I'm out the SP I spent
 And all the fittings I liked now don't work.
 And it wasn't in patch notes as a change
 And it does something totally different (and useless)
 And no mention of SP refund
 And in the mean time it's bugged to literally do nothing.
 And wtf???
 
 
 Hot fix this now and at least give me back my SP. This is kind of inexcusable honestly. I empathize with developers but there are certain things I will never understand. This is one of them
