I feel with the whole new skill tree set up that we should be allowed to respec our skills into everything now that we have had a chance to see what all you guys have done with the game. with the whole new sp system as well I would have put into different things if i new the sp gain was going to be so low |

Well said. Still beta testing, giving you feed back, telling you about glitches, where we were misled, what needs to be better described, etc.
Now, a respec please to gain from our mutual relationship. |

Betas are supposed to be for experimentation, evaluation, and feedback. Players should be encouraged to try different and unusual builds, in order to discover potential balance issues, glitches, and broken mechanics..
It is counterintuitive to the Beta process to force a player to commit to these choices upon final release of the game.
How can players properly test and evaluate everything about the game, if they are constantly worried about making a mistake they'll be forced to live with for the life of their character?
It is NOT supposed to be a head-start for people willing to suffer though an unfinished game, in order to gain an advantage over players who choose to wait for the official release date.
What happens in Beta should stay in Beta.
An optional, release date respec is not an unreasonable request. |

Sounds to me like you don't understand the funamental purpose of a "beta test".
(and don't worry, my Skills are just fine. I'm supporting an end-of-beta respec on principal, not because I need one) |

Betas are for testing, but what about the new post May 14th player that wants to try out all the roles? Should they be forced to pick a role from the start?If they make a poor choice should they be stuck with it? I think that an SP reset button should be available in the skills menu. I believe this will improve the team play dynamic by allowing players to discover their "Intended" role. This game is great and like wine |

I support and ask for a respec not becuase I made mistakes but because I know a lot of people who dont like the new game play of the roles. only thing i would change is how much i put into my suit because of the new built it seems to be an effective logi that supports your team you have to have an advanced suit or high do to the frame based suit only having one equipment slot. |

I think that an optional respec would be reasonable. Give it a one week cool down timer to keep people from shuffling during games. It isn't like I am asking for free SP. I just want the option to test out some of the different things in the game.
I'd love to try a loaded heavy or spec a scout with some remote explosives.
I echo the above, this IS a beta. What exactly could be hurt by letting people respec once in a while? |

There should be a respect option so you can pay 1 million isk or 10 million risk. You should only be allowed to do it once a day or once a week. It should be a learning experience fail and correct not I made one mistake I am screwed and have to wait for passive SP. Oh those combinations didn t work I have to save up more isk wait until next week and try some thing else, that's how it should be. It takes seven years to get every thing to level 5 people shouldn't be punished for making mistakes they should learn from it and be able to correct it.Success comes from failing. |

New announcement states you get a refund on some skills that they are adjusting and the option to petition for a one time respec. |

My friend said that he wouldn't mind an option to respec your last skill up or something like that. A 10 minute timer to respec a skill you just leveled up. After that 10 minutes, the sp is set in stone and you can't get it back. I think this is a better and more viable option to a weekly respec button.
Although a weekly respec will allow people to get out of a funk of playing one class like the Assault Rifle Sentinal, or the Remote Explosive scout or the Team Support Logi. |
