I should have posted this months ago but better latter than never
This is a web series done by people that work in the games industry they talk about may thing including different aspects of game balancing, the machines and theory that keep gamers gaming and more. they are well worth a watch and would defiantly help with being more constructive.

yeah but worth posting in the hope that some more people might watch it and even if they keep crying nerf they might at lest do it from a more informed position but i know its a lot to ask
