This has to be my biggest gripe with Uprising.
I can live with the other BPOs I bought full price for but having to spec 1.8 mil SP into Minmatar medium just to use my SEVER is ridiculous.
The logis have a hard enough time finding enough SPs just to be logis, now we are forced to stick with a single race if we want to use our Type 1 suit BPOs. Same goes for those with Raven suits.
If we could have some sort of trade so we can have an equivalent Type 1 suit (for each race and role) it could be an easy fix. I'm less likely to open my wallet again if I feel like my cash is going down a drain, this is what turns me off from micro transactions the most, and I can't in good conscious recommend anyone else do the same.

Yeah this is an issue that has hit a lot of players hard, it seems at the very least there should have been some specific notification on this prior to build launch (as opposed to the implied info of the pre-Uprising race name which we had no confirmation about carrying through to the new build).

They told us it wouldn't be refunded while during the extended downtime to update the servers. Up until then they had told us and confirmed that these suits would be refunded and they had every intention of doing so. |

Yeah, this sucked for me too :(
They'll probably add suits for every race later, just to add insult to injury :/ |

Ccp were never going to refund merc pack/event reward suits, they were only going to refund aurum assets purchased directly from the market. Bpo suits/assets were always intended to remain untouched |

Huh?
Unless I'm missing your point.. My SEVER and RAVEN suits were bought from the market at a cost of 19800 AUR (IIRC) they are were my GOTO free suits when grinding for ISK. Now they are effectively useless to my without spending nearly 4mil SP. I'm already having to spend god knows how much SP to get the the specialist Amarr logi suits so wasting 4mill is not an option.
They should treat them the same as the Dragonfly that requires no skill to use (as they were in the previous build IIRC) or refund the AUR cost of the suits |

I'm a little cheesed off that I've got $20 worth of drop suits that I can't use because of the riduclous SP demands of the prints. It will take well over a month before I can access that content if I focus and play more than I really should. The suits should have been refunded or, in the EVE tradition, "if you could fly it before, you can fly it now".

this should have happened and if a refund option was not viable. they should have kept the old sp requirement from the respec total and given those that could use this item that already had it the new skills required. i and alot of people wouldnt have minded that instead of the suck on it attitude we have been getting back from our petitions |

This feels like a money grubbing kick in the nuts. I don't mind paying and supporting CCP in their en devour to make this game what we all hope it will become. The hit detection, balancing issues, glitches, and all forms of technical issues I can live with, those can be fixed. This just doesn't feel right at all with me. |

I dont want my RAven Type 1 anymore.
1st: Its not a ''TYPE-1'' anymore, the dropsuit i could use with spending MINIMAL SP. 2ns, I only bought it as a support dropsuit, (since i really play scout/heavy).Whats the point of having it here rusting if im NEVER EVER gonna use it?
CCP needs to give all the players that bought any ''type-1 BPO their AURUM BACK, take away the blueprints and let the players decide what they want with their AUR.
I bought a RAVEN Type-1 Suit. AND I DONT HAVE A RAVEN TYPE-1 SUIT . CCP took our money and sold us a Frito LAY bag, 3 chips and a sh**load of air. |

I have logged a support ticket to request either a refund or to remoive racial\sp requirements so we can use again and suggest you do the same. If enough people show their disappoinment CCP have to act on it. |

I call for an immediate inventory buy out of all AUR BPOs at current market value to alleviate this problem.
Well that, and to pad my aurum. |

Apparently the cookie requires 1.8 mil SP to consume. It's nice and looks delicious though. |

Yeah they just refunded my Sever suit in less than 24 hours. Faith in CCP restored. |
