Now you need 2.5m Skill points to make an item advertised completely different for sale. Is this what is to be expected from customers to CCP? there was a condition under which customers made their purchasing decision off, and instead of keeping that factor the same or offering a reinburse and a choice to reinvest Aurum into that item, we got a response "sorry for your inconvenience" It seems they completely forgot about the suit's in general, all the Aurum we have spent on it has been in vain for we have warranted no time from even a single developer to make the suit relevant to at least the conditions they where purchased on. The decision to invest further into this game is moot, you guys have proven what you think of that, apparently its something that is to continue no matter what player base you alienate, purely by your actions and lack there of.

That's how the suit was advertised on the store front, everything about the item was advertised for low skill requirements? and for it to be reusable it would first have to be usable.

I got all 3 (raven, sever and valor) and the thing I liked most was the color schemes. Now they look the same as everything else. At least when you used said suits last build people were like 'that's a raven suit', now it has the same color as all the other caldari assault suits. No vanity, no distinguishable colors

These aren't just single items with issues, two suits is basically the equivalent of a Merc Pack purchase in Aurum, and look at all the QQing over that. The terms of the reimbursement don't appear to be honored, or appear to have been bended beyond what would be reasonable.

So that argument is invalid. I think it is also bad business and a shaddy tactic, using the May 6 blog when answering to customer tickets and telling us (paraphrasing here) "see we warned you about it", sure you told us, the same day you were making the change... thanks a lot CCP.

They warned us that they wouldn't be refunding items from an event none of us (asking for Aurum reimbursements on three items tops) even experienced. They expect us to know about events that occurred before we were players, and to ignore the fact that the items were on the market (and are STILL on the market).

This is what worries me most: this is the second time they have changed the terms, or at least the spirit, of a contract to their liking, which hurts their paying customers. Other is the Merc Pack lack of refund at launch -debacle. CCP must fix this, otherwise few people will feel comfortable giving them money. I sure don't.

As an EVE player you should realize that there is a long standing policy of "If you could fly it before, you can fly it now" and the Dust514 crew has violated that.

Gamers are constantly doing crap without fully investigating and comprehending the information given to them. Especially with this changing the terms agrument. It's in the EULA that you click X to accept everytime that you enter the game (that you didn't bother reading) that their policies are subject to change at any moment. It's like they are in a world where there are no consequences for not thinking. That there is somebody always there to pat them on the head and tell it will be alright. Don't worry, it's okay that you did that foolishly. Please. Next time, be more aware of what you do and what you buy. Come to the forums and ask questions.
