I Petitioned to ask for a reset they said no. Really i thought why not. I am going to keep petitioning to find out why. I have talked to a lot off my friends and random people playing dust and it seems to me that most people want another chance to spend there SP because of the changes in the game. So i am making this thread to help CCP Please vote: Yes for respec or No for respec Fly Safe.

Secondly, alot of people screwed up from going head-strong and you don't just get a redo button. Or else everyone would just redo them all over and over untill everyone is running the exact same thing.

If a five year old pulled up the menu, selected skills, and then knew to repeatedly press X to buy the skill books and then spend the SP then your five year old is a savant. Just own up to it and admit that you effed up. It's on you if you didn't read the descriptions of the skills or the prerequisites and it was your responsibility to do so. In the end you and your "friends" do not deserve a respec because you all are big kids now and shouldn't require CCP to hold your hand.

He is a really good guy and a really good player. Poor guy, just about broke my heart. So please CCP, consider this option.

So I put my cpu n pg skills back to level 5s before I noticed the 6 fold increase in sp costs ... for the 2 skills at level 5 it's gone from 600,000 to over 3 million sp ! Also I had a B series assault suit, but I liked the logi role in my Sever suit, so I invested to the same level but switched class ... guess what, another double sp investment ... 1.2 mil I had for my advanced B series assault ... 2.8 mil for an equivalent logi suit. I wouldn't mind if there was information in the patch notes about changes to sp costs of these things, but screw it, I'm done with DUST and 2 Eve subscriptions, was bored with Eve anyway till DUST started making it interesting again. Have to cancel my Collectors Edition too.

Right now i have 7 friends who don't play anymore and they want come back unless they can respec ther avatars Also I'm told by many others that they are about to quit dust. Many players trained skills wrong, weapons got nerfed, and SP cost to get where players was is twice the SP cost now, So MANY of us made mistakes. I did to and I'm very familiar with New Eden, I played eve for 5 years, also played dust from day 1, so I'm not a newbie in this game world. I to made mistakes and I would really love to get a chance to respec my avatar. PADDE.

I've come up against full 6-man squads in proto suits and proto weapons, while i was running my militia starter kits. It hurt. Badly. But come this evening i will still run around in militia starter kits, because i will wait and research before dumping my SP. People that dumped all their SP into proto gear did it for one reason only: to exploit the situation where a lot of unprepared and/or smart people would be running militia gear. Well, they got burned. Like i said, no sympathy.

Problem with this approach is that every time CCP add's items into the game ppl will cry out for re-spec and justify those demands with above statements. And swear that it would be the last time. So my vote is complete and absolute NO! for anykind of reset/respec. Fun to see this hapen everytime there is a respec/reset.
