they are pretty good.
you only lose the suit skill..
i got 1 with 180 shield n armour on both..i will probably stick with the basic suits, |

Thats just the Basic Amarr suit stats.
I run two Enhanced Damage Mods and an Enhanced Armour Repair on my suit and I have about 409 Armour with 180 Shields. Now I can also stack Damage Mods on this suit too....so YAYA Laser Badass Set up is nice. |

I'm missing the equipment slots of my logi on my minmatar medium, and im unlikely to get them back since I spec'd so heavily into vehicles. |

im using the proto medium minimatar frame, all the same stats as the assault, at 1/3rd the sp cost
and all im missing is 25% shield regen and 25% more ammo in my SMGs mag

The specialist suits are basically a skillpoint trapdoor that only activates when a tryhard walks over them. It's beautiful, and they won't even figure out what happened until it's too late. |

Well for me the racial varients isnt a try hard thing its more me wanting at some point to have that bonus to my heat build up time. Which on my Amarr build would be pretty sweet. |

Yes, just keep looking at how shiny the variants are and think nothing of your core skills. Its funny that you only beat me by about 30 total health point using plates and i dont even need to use any modules at all. |
