When Uprising arrived this was the first map I was put on to battle I was saying to myself "Please be balanced" repeatedly. In terms of spawns, it is. But that doesn't stop this map from being horrible. Turret placement between B & D is extremely one sided and the CRU near D should be moved to another spot or completely removed. It is very easy for the enemy to capture that CRU and do to the lacking of "cover" areas where D overlooks the CRU is bad. The CRU is moderately fortified and a cross-fire between the enemies that spawned from the CRU and will win the battle because they have more cover. Please add more cover area where D overlooks the CRU or remove the CRU. This will make the battles in this map even.
And sorry if this post sounds biased. I wish I coukd explain better but my vocabulary is limited. |

Hey, thanks for your feedback. Would you mind looking at the map and pointing these problem areas out by the coordinates used?
You don't need to spawn at CRU's. Take the turrets? Blow them up? Use team tactics? Many options to get around this issue I believe. But we are happy to take a look. We will take a look at the statistics of the map and see whats happening there.
Thanks! |

Ok. I'll be more than happy toprovide the coordinates. The CRU unit at the coordinate D4 gives a huge advantage for the south team. They can simply run there hack it and have swarms of enemies spawn at the moment. Now I know that Dust is about all of awesome combat and all but the lack of cover that objective C has facing towards that CRU is little to none. Just the pillars from the buildings. Do to that the enemy can just take the blaster turret that is overlooking B and turn it against us. Again do to the small areas to go and take cover are limited leaving to anyone that spawned at C without knowing of the situation completely. The enemy can easily take C and swarm all together towards D to then force the north team to redline.
Now the time it takes to reach each objective is great. I little to no longer see the north team capturing 3 Null cannons before the south team could arrive.
I just hate making that CRU unit my primary defense objective all the time this map rolls in and I am in the north team. Not saying to remove it. Just add some more cover at C so that it won't be as easy to swarm that place as it is now.
Other than this map I love the other ones alot! You guys did a great job at the new look of the maps and Manus Peak is simply amazing now! |

Great this seems a bit more helpful.
I would really like to hear other community members feedback on this as well. Anyone out there have some input on Buwaro's points? |

Unfortunately I think this will turn into a big debate, it's fairly subjective, I seem to get line harvest quite a bit, never had an issue with the CRU at C.
Attacking from the north you have the cargo containers to hide behind, from the south you have the option to either direct assault using the pillers of the overhead pipes for cover, or head up behind the building on the west and attack down the hill. From the east you can come through the building.
It does however depend on how you play, I'm out and out assault using an AR and a good mix of shield and amour, I could see how a shotgun scout might find it hard, or a slow moving fatty, I've seen both taken out fairly regularly, its also not going to happen if you try and do it on your own, yes there is a lot of open space if you are on your own. |
