Sadly, they rejected my refund as well for the trio of suits.
Oh well, maybe they will let me swap'em for Gallente BPOs should we ever get them. |

You just have to spend 2.5 mill skill points. Also, I fail to see how CCP "drastically" changed the suit. It's the same exact suit, but now you need to skill more into it. Would you buy a new car and then go straight back to the dealership to return it once gas prices raise a few months later? "OMG OUTRAGE GAS IS WAY MORE EXPENSIVE! I NEED TO SPEND MORE TO MAKE IT DO THE EXACT SAME THING RAAAAARRR."

The MAG suits are the same sure but the sp sink they are now is insane. I bought the sever suit to use as a cheap isk making suit.....now in order to continue to use my sever suit I was forced to go minmatar...I would have rather gone caldari but with no logi option I went minmatar. I may try the petition to get the raven suit refunded to me since I will never use it now because I am a long way from having another 1.8 mil in sp to sink into it. It will be interesting to see what the sp requirement will be in the new BPOs....careful before you buy |

1. Head to www.dust514.com/ (not the forum site here)
2. Log in (with the account you want refunded) at the top of the page
3. Once your logged in, hover your mouse over your name at the top of the main page, the dropdown will appear
4. Click the "Help Tickets" box
5. Click the "create new ticket" box
6. Just explain you want a refund due to the sp sink required to use it, rendering the suit useless.
That is all I did and 24 hrs later I had the 18 whatever thousand aur that the suit cost me 4 months ago.
