As per the merc pack agreement ' refund on reset' therefore if you want your aurum reset you have to opt for the character wipe |

But you better send email to support instead of making forum thread. Forum threads about refunds are useless. CCP said they would refund it, and then during patch downtime they changed their mind. That, I take it, is his problem.
They changed their minds about the aurum assets because of all the big heads bragging about making 19mil aurum on respec, even though they were blowing hot air to show off.
If people were to make 19mil aurum then no one would buy aurum and ccp would not be getting paid. So a justified decision by ccp. |

No I agree, it does suck not being able to use what was paid for.
It also sucks that the mag suits etc have the same color scheme as every other suit, there's no way to distinguish them, so out goes the 'vanity suits' lol |

The quafe suits are no longer pink, they're the same color as the other said suits |
