When I bought my 20k AUR Raven BPO, I thought we would get a full AUR refund for the release.
Since this is 'the last update' until the release, views on this look grim...
So what, am I stuck with this 20k AUR dropsuit which I don't need or want? Or am I going to get a fair opportunity to spend my AUR on something more valuable to me??? |

I don't want a refund of money for the stuff, I just want my AUR reset... |

Geth Massredux wrote:Soon you will get the choice to choose a full refund to get all your Aur back... Which will make you start from the bottom... Meaning your skills will be wiped.... So when that date comes choose wisely....
PS. I dont feel like giving you a link to one of the dev blogs that say it... So check the dev blogs on the main website
What? So we have to reset our whole account to get back virtual currency which was promised to be reimbursed? That is stupid, I hope to God that there's a free market... |

Would I be able to sell it for Aurum? |

Sylvana Nightwind wrote:You bought dropsuit. You havve the dropsuit. I don't see the problem. They said all vanity dropsuits will stay yours because you bought them for yourself.
But you better send email to support instead of making forum thread. Forum threads about refunds are useless.
My problem is that I thought we would get a full refund for the release, considering it was beta.
And now since I want to specialise in Amarr dropsuits, the Caldari BPO is near useless to me. I want a full AUR refund so I can spend it on any other BPOs which may come out in the future or other stuff... |

As per the merc pack agreement ' refund on reset' therefore if you want your aurum reset you have to opt for the character wipe
Great, I am suffering because the devs didn't think optimistically... |
